5.2 The Company may use the User’s data for the purpose of providing services and may disclose such data to third parties only as necessary for service provision or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its services.

6.2 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the services provided.

7. Governing Law:

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
